We took a risk bringing this aged mare home, but had to have her! Honey is a super sweet mare that came up from the US recently, her sire is our studs grandsire & has a notable performance history in the reining pen himself with a NRHA ROM, APHA ROM, APHA Championships, several NRHA Championships, and OCAP Certificate of Recognition. Honey has been raising exceptional foals, of which Gold Bar Tristan standing in Alberta, and Honeyispentthemoney is a stallion prospect they’ve kept, as they love their herd sire so much! This is exactly the kind of temperament & trainability we look for at Nilson Farms & we are excited to raise as many foals off of Honey, before she’s ready to retire to pasture life.
